6. Contractor Relationships

Renovate Fast acts as a referral service. Any contract or agreement for services is between you and the contractor, not between you and Renovate Fast. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

• Negotiating terms, pricing, and work scope directly with contractors
• Resolving any disputes directly with the contractor
• Ensuring all work meets local building codes and regulations

7. Insurance and Liability Disclosures

Important Insurance Information:

• Renovate Fast is an insurance company providing referral services for home services
• We do not provide insurance coverage for work performed by contractors
• Contractors in our network are required to maintain their own insurance, but you should verify coverage directly with the contractor
• You are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage for your property and any work performed
• We recommend consulting with your insurance provider before beginning any home service project

8. Limitation of Liability

Renovate Fast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, or for any services provided by contractors referred through our platform.

We do not guarantee the availability of contractors, the quality of work performed, or the completion of any project. All work is performed by independent contractors, and Renovate Fast is not responsible for their actions or omissions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
